Aislinn Koch is an associate at MELD Divorce and Family Law, where she practices a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, second parent adoptions and more. Aislinn prides herself on providing her clients with an empathetic approach to their matters while zealously advocating for them.
Aislinn had the distinguished honor of starting her legal career by clerking for the Honorable Terry Paul Bottinelli, J.S.C. (Ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Family Part. Prior to joining MELD, Aislinn practiced family law at other prominent Family Law firms in New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and an Associate Editor for the New Jersey Family Law Editorial Board.
Aislinn received her B.F.A. in Dance, Performance, and Choreography and B.A. in Strategic Communications from Elon University in 2014. She then went on to procure her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018. While pursuing her law degree, Aislinn was a member of the Civil Litigation Clinic and the Legislative Law Journal, where her note Spoiler Alert!: How Posting Predictive Spoilers about Television Shows is Copyright Infringement was published.
Outside of the office, Aislinn enjoys spending her time curled up with a good murder mystery book or attending Broadway shows (she has seen over 50 but has lost count). Aislinn also has a Pomeranian named Herbie, who makes the occasional special appearance at MELD.
