Andrew Rhein

Andrew’s clients come from all walks of life. From the business and financial sectors to professional athletes, teachers, doctors, their spouses, and everywhere in between, Andrew’s clients count on him to provide thoughtful, logical, and level-headed counsel during what can be a very turbulent time in their lives. His cases routinely involve issues such as custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and college contributions, among other issues. Andrew also routinely represents clients in both the negotiation and execution of prenuptial and settlement agreements, as well as the enforcement of such agreements.

Andrew regularly handles cases throughout New Jersey, including Essex, Union, Morris, Monmouth, Somerset, and Passaic Counties, and has represented his clients throughout numerous motions, trials, and other hearings at both the trial and appellate levels. He also regularly navigates his clients through alternate dispute resolutions, such as mediation and arbitration.

Since graduating from law school, Andrew has focused his practice on family and matrimonial law matters. Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with high distinction, from the Pennsylvania State University in 2015 and his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018. His background makes him acutely aware of the intricate dynamics and balances at play in each of his cases.

During law school, Andrew served on the executive board of the Seton Hall Family Law Society, and participated in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Family Law Clinic, where he worked with low-income clients in matrimonial and domestic violence matters. Andrew was also a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.

Upon graduating from Seton Hall, Andrew clerked for the Honorable Marcella Matos Wilson, in the Essex Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. Andrew is a certified court mediator and has conducted numerous mediations for matrimonial disputes and small claims.
