Jacqueline Dugan
Jacqueline “Jackie” Dugan has been practicing family law exclusively since 2013. Jackie focuses on matters including divorce, child custody and support, alimony, equitable distribution and related financial issues at both the trial and Appellate level. Jackie is direct, empathetic and approaches each case with a desire to reach a practical result. Jackie also serves as a Court Appointed Parenting Coordinator having been approved for inclusion on the Judiciary Roster of Parenting Coordinators.
Jackie graduated summa cum laude from Montclair State University in 2009 with a BA in Justice Studies. She then graduated cum laude from New York Law School in 2012 where she received her Juris Doctor.
Jackie served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.A.D. during her tenure in the Bergen County Superior Court Family Division for the 2012-2013 term. Prior to joining MELD, Jackie practiced family law at Michael E. Spinato, PC (2013 – 2016) and November & Nunnink, LLC (2017-2025).
Jackie lives in Essex County with her Husband and two children (who keep her both busy and entertained). She enjoys binge watching the latest TV series or true crime documentary, spending time at the beach (with a good beach read), and trying new restaurants (she’s always accepting recommendations).
